The Opportunity
The Corporate Controlling & Planning (C&P) Intern will support the Americas Finance organization with financial reporting, planning, analysis, and process improvement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global finance environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America and Latin America.
How you´ll make an impact
Assist in monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.
Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting dashboards and management presentations.
Assist in data collection, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase reporting efficiency.
Help prepare materials and analyses for management reviews and business discussions.
Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or other financial systems is a plus.
Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English
