We are hiring a HUB Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving sales excellence across our MEA Service business. How you will make an impact
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
Drive sales process optimization, pipeline governance, and opportunity management across the MEA Service organization.
Oversee GTS and MIMO processes, ensuring standardized and efficient sales workflows.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Sales Analytics & Business Intelligence
Manage Salesforce data integrity and serve as the SFDC subject matter expert for the region.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
Deliver actionable insights through sales, pipeline, forecasting, order intake, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Forecasting & Performance Management
Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning activities in alignment with business objectives.
Monitor forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
Facilitate forecast, pipeline, and business reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to drive predictable growth.
Sales Enablement & Digital Tools
Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM, analytics, and sales enablement tools.
Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives to improve efficiency and data visibility.
Train and support users on Salesforce, Power BI, forecasting processes, and sales analytics tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Front-End Sales (FES), and Local Service Units (LSUs) to align business priorities.
Act as the primary point of contact for sales reporting, analytics, forecasting, and sales operations governance.
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to support commercial strategy and business growth.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
Establish and promote best practices in sales operations, reporting, analytics, and data management.
Drive data quality, process compliance, and performance monitoring across the region.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through effective governance, insights, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
Strong experience with Salesforce reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, and dashboarding.
Hands-on expertise in Power BI, data visualization, reporting automation, and analytics.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
Exposure to multi-country sales operations, commercial reporting, and forecasting.
Experience in B2B sales and/or the Energy sector.
