How You'll Make an Impact
Act as the primary technical interface between Design Engineering and Production/Test teams.
Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), scripts, and design intent to support manufacturing operations.
Provide technical guidance to ensure designs are accurately implemented on the production floor.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during manufacturing and testing.
Partner with Design Engineering teams to clarify specifications and improve design execution.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring issues and solutions are communicated effectively.
Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support best practices and technical understanding.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and design-for-manufacturability initiatives across the organization.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting engineering, production, or technical operations.
Knowledge of transformer design principles and the impact of design modifications on product performance and manufacturability.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, manufacturing processes, and design-to-cost principles.
Experience using engineering and business systems such as CAD and ERP platforms.
Business-level English communication skills with excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
