How You'll Make an Impact

  • Act as the primary technical interface between Design Engineering and Production/Test teams.

  • Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), scripts, and design intent to support manufacturing operations.

  • Provide technical guidance to ensure designs are accurately implemented on the production floor.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during manufacturing and testing.

  • Partner with Design Engineering teams to clarify specifications and improve design execution.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring issues and solutions are communicated effectively.

  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support best practices and technical understanding.

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and design-for-manufacturability initiatives across the organization.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting engineering, production, or technical operations.

  • Knowledge of transformer design principles and the impact of design modifications on product performance and manufacturability.

  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, manufacturing processes, and design-to-cost principles.

  • Experience using engineering and business systems such as CAD and ERP platforms.

  • Business-level English communication skills with excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
