The Opportunity
Join our Service organization as a Hub Service Training Manager and play a key role in shaping the technical and professional capabilities of our teams across Europe. In this position, you will drive the development and execution of training and competency programs that support operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Working closely with service units and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help create a culture of continuous learning while ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop and implement the annual training plan aligned with business objectives and service priorities.
- Identify capability gaps across service units and create development plans to address current and future business needs.
- Build and maintain competency frameworks covering technical, operational, leadership, and customer-focused capabilities.
- Promote a strong learning culture that encourages continuous professional development.
- Partner with Quality teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Establish and coordinate a network of subject matter experts across the Hub to support knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Portfolio, and Quality teams to ensure training programs support strategic business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and competency gap analyses across service units.
- Implement effective tools and processes to track training requirements, qualifications, certifications, and learning progress.
- Facilitate regular engagement with key stakeholders, including operations managers and technical experts.
- Support the development of scalable learning solutions that strengthen service delivery and operational performance across the region.
Your Background
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in training, learning and development, or capability-building activities within a large industrial environment.
- Experience in service operations and project-based business environments is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and results.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop networks of technical experts and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead programs and drive medium- and long-term development plans.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value through people and capability development.
- Willingness to travel across the Hub region as required.

The minimum salary for this position in the location (Italy) specified:
Starting from: 52,700 € gross annual salary
