Mission Statement:

The newly recruited person shall work onthe tasks below.

• Global product technical support for technology centers and factories.

• Perform feasibilitystudyto create changes as per the requirements in Problem Report raised by cross-functional teams.

• Make the changes as the Product Change Request (PCR) or Customer Specific Change (CSC).

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV GIS components usingCreotool.Alsohaveexperience ofworking withWindchillPLM system.

• Create & modify BOM in SAP.

• Follow& maintainthe standard procedure of change management for every workflow.

• Perform tolerance chain calculation.

• Perform burst pressure analysis for pressurevesseland basic dielectric calculations.

• Participates constructively within team discussion. Sharesowntechnical knowledge and support colleagues in applying processes and tools to ensuretimelyand high-quality results.

• Shows solid documentation skills andwritestechnical reports independently.

• Involve and generatesolutionfor Design to Value activities.

• Create developmentreport, analysisreport, assembly & test instruction, etc.

• Perform root cause analysis.

• Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.

• YourResponsibilities:

  • Field Service Engineering work is focused onprovidingtechnical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment at site across India

  • Identifyingand correcting more complex problems associated with start-up

  • Train customers on the features of the equipment they havepurchasedat Factory or site

  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs

  • Developingon-goingrelationships with customers to secure future business.

  • Troubleshoot and Overhauling of the breaker

  Your Background

  • Diploma Electrical /B.E.Electrical,

  • 2to3years ofExperience.

  • Practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.

  • Proficiencyin both spoken & written English language isrequired
