In this unique opportunity,youwillcombine projectmanagement,informationtechnology,operationaltechnology(OT),andcybersecurityexpertise to help establish a world-class factory environment. During the initial phase, you will lead and coordinate IT activities supporting theconstructionandlaunchofanewfactory,helpingensurethatcriticalsystems,infrastructure,andsecuritymeasuresareimplementedeffectively.

As part of the Business Solutions IT organization, you will work closely with global teams, vendors, site stakeholders, and cybersecurity experts to support both office and shop floortechnologies.FromcollaborationtoolsandmeetingspacestomanufacturingequipmentandOTsecurity,yourworkwilldirectlycontributetooperationalexcellenceandasecureproductionenvironment.

Howyou'llmakeanimpact

• LeadIT-relatedactivitiessupportingtheconstructionandlaunchofanewmanufacturingfacility.
• Provideonsiteand multi-site supportforendusers,applications,devices,andcollaborationtechnologies.
• Supportoperationaltechnology(OT)andfactory-ownedITassetsacrossthesite.
• Monitor,protect,andmaintaincriticalIT/OTinfrastructureandsystems.
• Respondtocybersecurityincidentsandcollaboratewithglobalsecurityteamsonremediationactivities.
• Coordinatewithvendorstoensuresystemsareconfigured,secured,andmaintainedeffectively.
• Implementcybersecuritycontrolsandsecurityupdatestohelpprotectfactoryoperations.
• Identify,assess,andreportabnormalbehaviororsecurityrisksimpactingOTenvironments.
• Responsibletoensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,andguidelines.

Yourbackground

• Experiencemanagingnewfactorybuildprojects orlarge-scaleindustrialITimplementations required.
• Formalqualification,degree,diploma,orapprenticeshipinInformationTechnologyorarelatedfield.
• Minimum2yearsofprofessionalexperience inITsupport,infrastructure,orOTenvironments.
• Fluentin EnglishandSpanish,withstrongcommunicationskills. (C1-Advanced)
• KnowledgeofMicrosoft365,Windows,iOS,ServiceNow,andassetmanagementtools.
• ITIL4and/orLeanSixSigmacertificationpreferred,withaproactiveandsolution-orientedmindset.
