In this role, you willbe responsible fororganizing, coordinating, and leading the daily operationsfor an expanding global team.Theteamtodayconsistsof2employees+ the team leader.Power Quality Customer training is part of the GPQSS Technical TrainingCenterand we welcomeyouintoaglobaltraining teamwith people from many cultures and locations. Howyou'llmake an impact
Act asanoperationalteamleaderof the Global Customer Training Team as well asleadand organizetheirdailyactivities.
Work withtechnical expertstocreate a training planinaccordance withthecustomers’technicalspecificationand represent Customer Training in tenders and projects.
Managetechnicaltrainingin our delivery projectsand tendersaccording to contracts, deadlines,and within budget, collect feedback from customers and trainers and transformitinto concrete actions to further developthetrainings.
Ensure that training related documentation and any special equipment or customized devices are accurately prepared and available for training sessions.
Create and coordinate training agendas.
Participate in meetings with customers whenrequired.
This role is part of thetechnical training centerteambut will work very closely with the engineering and planning teamsand interact cross functionally in the organization.

Strong project management skills
Candidateshould be driven, well organized,communicativeand havepassionfor training and developing people and have good negotiation skills.
Experiencein a leading position and/orexperiencewithin the field of technical trainingis preferable.
Technical interest and a curios and innovative mindset arerequired. Degreeintechnicalareaisbeneficialbutnotarequirement.
Strongteam-playerwith the ability to engage with different stakeholders and all levels of the organization,organized andaccuratewith a problem-solving mindset.
SolidexperienceofusingMSOffice. Knowledge ofotheradministrativetoolsandsystemsis a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
