The opportunity
Are you passionate about sales and the energy industry? As a Product Sales Specialist, you will drive business growth by promoting protection, control, and automation solutions for medium- and high-voltage substations. You will build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and support them with technical and commercial expertise.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver innovative energy solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop your commercial skills, expand your industry network, and contribute directly to the success of the business through the achievement of sales targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance during the sales process.
- Prepare and present customer-focused proposals and solutions.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close business opportunities.
- Collaborate with project, finance, and proposal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity records.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical or commercial sales roles.
- Experience with protection and control equipment for medium- and high-voltage substations.
- Experience selling energy-related equipment and solutions.
- Knowledge of customers within the electrical power industry.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model.
