The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated and experienced Project specialist for our local Grid Components product line. Function is supporting our Project Management team and will be responsible for overall projects success by contributing specialized knowledge and skills and ensuring projects run smoothly.

How you’ll make an impact :

• Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager;
• Preparing materials for, and assists in project reviews;
• Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller;
• Covering order processing and final pricing, maintaining order records and resolving issues to enhance customer;
• Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager;
• Tracking and ensuring timely delivery - maintain Confirmed and Requested On-Time Delivery;
• Effectively communicating appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders;
• Controling documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager and procedures agreed with the customer.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree - preferably technical;
• Experience in similar position is an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
• Experience with ERP system /SAP or similar/;
• Strong communication and organizing skills;
• Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented .
