The opportunity
We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Warehouse Specialist - Onsite for our location in Sevlievo, Bulgaria.
This role is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and material flow, with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management of the processes and the production lines;
- Implement and optimize the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology to ensure accurate and efficient inventory and material handling;
- Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, Kanban systems, and waste reduction initiatives;
- Ensure materials are available at the right time and place to minimize downtime and improve operational flow;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and factory leadership to align on priorities and execution;
- Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material availability.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics and continuous improvement in industrial environments;
- Hands-on experience with PFEP, Kanban, JIT, and material flow optimization;
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (L6S);
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives across teams without direct authority;
- Good level of English and native in Bulgarian;
- Experienced in Microsoft office package.
