The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. These are cloud-based solutions that will be used by all manufacturing units within the business unit.
We are seeking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona.
How you will make an impact
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
Experience working in applications using MS SQL.
Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
