How you'll make impact
- Lead SW development team members
- Coordinate SW development activities across agile teams.
- Manage the release process ensuring on-time delivery
- Ensure alignment with project goals and technical requirements.
- Cooperate with Department Leaders, QA, UX and Embedded SW specialists
- Provide technical mentorship, support technical and interpersonal skills development of SW team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in SW development processes and tools.
- Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence in SW development.
- Support software development with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Enhance code reviews strategy, ensure adherence to coding standards, quality & best practices.
- Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
- At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g. Product Owner or Scrum Master, is an advantage.
- BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science, Telecommunication or IT university.
- Strong Experience in at least one of: C++, C#, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
- Experience with applications testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools e.g. Jenkins, ADO.
- Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Databases (PostgreSQL).
- Driving mindset, strong problem-solving skills, focus on quality, pragmatic, solution oriented.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
