Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Validation & Test Engineers interested in developing expertise in embedded and safety-critical systems.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates from Automotive, Telecom, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, or Electronics backgrounds to transition into the railway sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support test design and execution activities.
- Perform laboratory and integration testing.
- Document and track defects.
- Support requirements reviews and test case preparation.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
- Work under the guidance of senior validation engineers.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Understanding of embedded systems fundamentals.
- Knowledge of software and system testing principles.
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good English communication skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience testing embedded products.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement techniques.
- Exposure to Automotive, Aerospace, Telecom, SCADA, or Industrial Automation projects.
- Familiarity with requirements management and test tools.
- Basic awareness of safety-critical development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of railway systems.
Training
Selected candidates will participate in a structured training and mentoring program covering ETCS, railway signalling fundamentals, testing methodologies, safety standards, and engineering tools.
