Job description
Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. This role involves designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural best practices. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, playing a pivotal role in delivering innovative and robust digital services.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end technical solutions, including system integration, data flows, and application architecture, for various client projects.
* Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and detailed design documents.
* Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to meet project needs, considering scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
* Conduct architectural reviews and audits to identify potential risks, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns to continuously enhance solution offerings.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
* Act as a technical subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3-5 years in a Solution Architect or similar senior technical role.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level solutions across various domains (e.g., cloud, data, applications, integration).
* Strong understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, SOA) and design principles.
* Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with relevant certifications highly desirable.
* Extensive experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Node.js) and frameworks.
* Solid understanding of database technologies (relational and NoSQL) and data modeling.
* Experience with API design and management, integration patterns, and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
