How you'll make an impact

  • Perform laboratory testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established quality standards.

  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

  • Document and communicate test results with precision while maintaining detailed laboratory records.

  • Identify non-conformances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support root cause investigations and contribute to resolving quality-related issues.

  • Assist in developing, validating, and improving testing methods and laboratory procedures.

  • Mentor and support laboratory team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

  • Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and manufacturing performance.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Technical degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Materials Science, Quality Control, or a related scientific discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, or mechanical testing equipment.

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality control principles, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. English language skills are considered an advantage.
