General Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all industrial machinery and facility infrastructure.

• Manage budgets for maintenance operations, spare parts, and external services, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Root Cause Analysis to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals and resolve technical challenges.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance services, parts, and equipment.
