• Lead and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and distribution.
• Strategically plan and execute procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Oversee inventory management, implementing best practices to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international logistics regulations and standards.

You will leverage your expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Purchasing daily. Experience with advanced Inventory Management systems, Warehouse Operations, and Freight Management is essential. Strong skills in Vendor Management, Negotiation, Process Optimization, and Data Analysis will be critical to your success in this role.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: 3-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field, demonstrating a clear trajectory of leadership and responsibility.
• Leadership Acumen: A track record of successfully leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Core Competencies: Strong command of Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain principles and best practices.
• Operational Excellence: In-depth knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Freight Management.
