Sales Assistant Manager

To support the Sales Manager in monitoring the performance of the sales team, analyzing results, preparing reports, and organizing and following up on the team’s daily activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all Sales Officers.

• Monitor the performance of Sales Officers and Sales Representatives and ensure the implementation of work plans.

• Analyze sales figures, targets, and results to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare periodic reports and analytical insights for presentation to the Sales Manager.

• Follow up on Sales Representatives, customer visit plans, customer accounts, and daily results.

• Coordinate and organize the sales team’s daily work schedules, customer visits, and meetings.

• Follow up on the implementation of instructions and tasks assigned by the Sales Manager to the team.

• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments as needed.

• Monitor any gaps or challenges affecting the team’s performance and report them to the Sales Manager.

• Assist in monitoring and achieving sales targets and improving the team’s overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, sales analysis, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.

• Excellent organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Good command of English and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
