Own fire protection across the factory and warehouses: sprinklers, fire pumps, hydrants, fire alarms and extinguishers. Personally carry out and record weekly, monthly and annual tests (NFPA 25), not only paperwork.
Send a short daily report to senior management: fire pumps, main valves, alarm panel, any system out of service, hot work and incidents. Report any fire-system failure immediately and place a fire watch until it is fixed.
Run risk assessments and control high-risk work: chemicals, boilers and steam, stenters and dryers, hot work, work at height, confined spaces and lockout/tagout.
Build and train fire and emergency teams, run evacuation drills, and coordinate with Civil Defense.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, track HSE KPIs, prepare the factory for customer and certification audits, and manage the HSE budget efficiently.
