- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, territory planning and pipeline management.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM and MS Excel skills.
- Experience managing high-value accounts and complex tender processes.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's licence and passport, with willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience across African markets, particularly East Africa.
- Previous experience with Agilent Technologies or similar analytical instrumentation manufacturers.
- French language proficiency; Kiswahili would be beneficial.
