Forklift Operator Warehouse Agent - Northlink, Forthworth TX

HJ Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Agents to join our team in partnership with Pegasus Logistics Group. As a Warehouse Agent, you will play a key role in receiving, stocking, managing inventory, pulling, and shipping customer-owned material-including specialized serialized electronics.

Location: Initial placement at Coppell Warehouse (306 Airline Drive, Coppell, TX 75019) with a scheduled transition to Northlink Warehouse (15301 Northlink Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76131) later this year.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional weekend work required)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, select, inventory, store, and ship warehouse supplies, merchandise, and equipment.
• Safely operate electric warehouse equipment, including:
  • Electric Reach Trucks
  • Electric Standup Counterbalance Forklifts
  • Electric Order Pickers
• Perform cycle counting and support inventory control duties.
• Load and unload materials for general and specialized accounts, including handling serialized electronics.
• Manage LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping processes, utilizing TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain strict adherence to account SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and warehouse safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience.
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage, handling techniques, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Preferred:

• Forklift Certification highly preferred.
• 3+ years of related warehouse/equipment operating experience.
