As a Digital Marketing Manager at COS, you will lead the digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement,online traffic and business growth across key markets. You will be responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns, optimizing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, and ensuring a seamless customer journey aligned with the brand's positioning.

This role will report to Head of Marketing and Communications APAC

What you will do:

  • Execute digital marketing strategies that support commercial and brand objectives.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across all free and paid digital channels, including search, display, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data, analytics, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with regional, local stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital solutions

Who you'll work with:

  • You will collaborate with the Regional Marketing Team, E-commerce team and their enablers, Controllers, OMNI Merchandisers, and External Agency teams.
  • You will play a key role in connecting business objectives with customer-focused digital experiences while working collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Market coverage: CHINA Mainland.
  • Leadership experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing media agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.

This is a 9 months temporary contract based at our regional office in Shanghai.
