WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Tax Specialist you are Responsible for keeping the bookscorrect and updated according to H&M group rules and local regulations.
- Prepare review and deliver all monthly and yearly tax reports
- Monitor and analyse tax legislations
- Work in accordance with VAT, Corporate Tax & Withholding Tax rules
- Help automate and guarantee compliance regarding tax obligations
- Support for inspections, audits, and tax litigation processes
- Calculate and deliver reports regarding Tax Benefits for indirect taxes (special tax regimes)
- Support legal with Government regulations (I.E and CNPJ, licences, store regulations)
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- University degree or higher education within Business Administration (or similar) or equivalent experience within accounting. Other type of background within the company could also be seen as qualifying.
- Tax compliance skills (3-5 years of experience within a similar role, good knowledge of the legal local requirements)
- Process competence (Understand impact both from accounting perspective as well as business perspective combined with interest and competence in how business systems work)
- Understanding and interest in local rules and regulations affecting bookkeeping and business.
- Communication skills -training others and giving both internal and external support in all communication channels and forums.
- Planning and optimize
- Both written and oral English skills are mandatory.
- Experience of retail fiscal routines
- Experience of maintaining and developing operational processes
- Experience with Tax Benefits
- Experience with Linx ERP is mandatory
- Experience with automation of tax obligations
