  • Contribute to bid work, including documentation, concept maturity and technical risk evaluations

  • Ensure solutions meet customer requirements while optimizing use of existing designs

  • Support transition from tender phase to project execution

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, customers and commercial processes

  • Has a strong system understanding and the ability to see the bigger picture

  • Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Is comfortable working in a dynamic environment with both technical and customer-facing responsibilities

  • Has good knowledge of HMH products as well as a commercial mindset

We also think it is important that you:

  • Have experience with drilling systems, rig packages or complex technical systems

  • Are confident working with technical concepts, layouts and system documentation

  • Can coordinate and align multiple stakeholders across disciplines

  • Are proactive and take ownership of technical solutions

  • Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

Should you not tick all these boxes, we still encourage you to apply - but we are looking for you who can tell us in the application letter how your work experiences and education is of relevance for this role, why you would be a great fit, and what your most notable and relevant strengths are.

What can you expect in return?

Besides the typical things, such as flexible working hours, pension and insurance, subsidized and varied lunch menu, free parking, and a great company culture, we can also offer you:

  • A diverse and inclusive work environment where people are genuinely helpful, and where you are encouraged to develop your skills and share your knowledge

  • An opportunity to contribute to and influence the future of HMH in an impactful role, finding solutions between technical capabilities and commercial needs.

  • A positive attitude towards your career development in a company who values internal mobility and continuous development

  • Close interaction with customers and the opportunity to influence technical direction in early project phases

  • A central role in rebuilding and growing the market for complete rig package solutions
