Overview
HMH is a global drilling solutions provider that delivers heavy machinery, digital automation, and equipment lifecycle services for the onshore and offshore energy sectors. Formed in 2021 through the merger of Baker Hughes’ Subsea and Surface Drilling Systems division and Akastor ASA’s MHWirth, the company supplies top drives, blowout preventers, mud pumps, and automated drilling technologies.
