Aufgaben, die mich erwarten

  • organisatorisches Abwickeln von Aufgaben im Dienstleister- und Netzwerkmanagement (z.B. Performance Messung, Auswahl von Dienstleistern)
  • proaktives Abstimmen und laufendes Zusammenarbeiten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie beispielsweise Logistikdienstleistern, Lieferanten und unserer Einkaufsabteilung
  • aktives Steuern internationaler Transporte von Asien in die HOFER S/E Länder (Österreich, Italien, Slowenien, Ungarn, Schweiz)
  • eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben von Verbesserungen entlang der Transportkette
  • Mitarbeiten an Projekten im Bereich Supply Chain Management (z.B. Efficient Unit Load, Kartonoptimierung, Ladungsträgermanagement etc.)
  • laufendes Monitoring sowie kontinuierliches Entwickeln von SCM-Kennzahlen (z.B. Anliefergenauigkeit, Transportschäden und Durchlaufzeiten)

Qualifikationen, die ich mitbringe

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes wirtschaftsorientiertes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Supply Chain Management
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • routinierter Umgang mit dem PC (insbesondere MS Office)
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • selbstständige, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise für eine proaktive Durchführung von Aufgaben
  • engagierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Organisations- sowie Teamfähigkeiten
  • Freude an der Übernahme von Projektverantwortung, um diese zum Erfolg zu führen
