Your responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating test preparation and execution activities for assigned projects and demands across multiple release types (Enterprise Releases, Agile Releases)
• Defining test concepts and test plans that serve as the basis for test case creation and SIT execution
• Steering and monitoring test deliverables - ensuring test case quality, test data adequacy, execution coverage and adherence to timelines
• Providing transparent, fact-based test status reports to project leads and release managers
• Monitoring test KPIs and SLAs such as execution progress, pass/fail rates and entry/exit criteria compliance
• Facilitating defect triage meetings for assigned streams to drive timely resolution
• Identifying improvement opportunities in testing processes and contributing to their implementation

The knowledge I own:

Must-haves:

• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise across multiple stakeholders, teams and service providers
• Solid experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira/Xray or comparable)
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau or comparable)
• Good command of written and spoken English

Nice-to-haves:

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Experience with ERP environments or end-to-end business process testing
• Experience steering external test service providers
• ITIL v4 practitioner: Change Enablement, Release Management processes
• SAFe awareness: PI Planning, Agile Release Trains, cross-team synchronisation
