We arecurrentlylookingfor anexperiencedBusiness Data Analyst to joina global, cross-functionalteam deliveringdata-drivensolutionswithinthe pharmaceutical and life sciencesindustry.
Thisisa uniqueopportunityto workon strategicinitiativesfocusedon data governance, consentmanagement, compliance, and digitaltransformationin a highlyregulatedenvironment.
Youwillcollaboratewith business stakeholders, data teams, and technologyexperts, helpingshapesolutionsthatsupportclinicaland research-relatedprocesseswheredata quality, traceability, and regulatory compliancearecritical.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
Business Analysis experience:
- 5+ years of professionalexperienceas a Business Data Analyst
- Provenexperienceworkingin complex, integratedenvironmentsinvolvingmultiplesystemsand stakeholder
- Strongunderstandingof business analysismethodologies, techniques, and bestpractices;
- Experiencegathering, analyzing, and documentingbusiness and functionalrequirements;
- Experiencewith processmodelling, backlogmanagement, and stakeholderengagement;
- Hands-onexperienceworkingin Agile environments(Scrum, Kanban);
- PracticalexperienceusingJIRA and Confluence;
- Solid knowledgeof UML and BPMN modellingtechniques.
Data & Analytics background:
- Experienceworkingwith data-relatedsolutionsand end-to-end data processes
- Understandingof data governance, data quality, data lifecyclemanagement, and reportingenvironments;
Practicalexperiencewith:
- Power BI (advanced level)
- Snowflake
- SQL and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- VBA
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiative
Regulatory & domainknowledge:
- Experienceworkingin regulatedenvironments(GxP, compliance, governance, healthcare, life sciences, finance, etc.);
- Understandingof regulatory requirementsrelatedto data management, auditability, and traceability;
- Abilityto operatewithinenvironmentsrequiringstrongdocumentation, governance, and qualitystandards.

- Experiencein pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, orlife sciencesorganizations;
- Understandingof clinicaltrialplanning, execution, and analysisprocesses;
- Experiencewith consentmanagement, data privacy, orGDPR-relatedinitiatives;
- Familiaritywith User-CentredDesign, Design Thinking, UX/UI concepts, orbusiness processdesign;
- Basic Pythonknowledge;
- Technical orbusiness-relateddegree.
Inthisrole, youwill:
- Gather, analyze, validate, and documentbusiness and functionalrequirements;
- Translatebusiness needsintouserstories, acceptancecriteria, processflows, and functionalspecifications;
- Analyze, model, and optimizeend-to-end business processesand data flows;
- Facilitateworkshops, discoverysessions, and requirements-gatheringactivitieswith globalstakeholders;
- Supportinitiativesrelatedto data governance, data quality, master data management, and consentmanagement;
- Collaboratecloselywith Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, and Development Teams;
- Contributeto data-drivendecision-makingthroughreportingand analyticssolutions;
- Ensurecompliancewith GxPrequirements, internalgovernancestandards, and regulatory frameworks;
- Supportdigitaltransformationinitiativesacrossglobalbusiness units.

The project supports initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, including clinical and research-related environments. Candidates should feel comfortable working within organizations operating under strict regulatory and ethical frameworks applicable to the industry.
