We arecurrentlylookingfor anexperiencedTechnical Data/Business Analyst to joina globalteam deliveringdigitalsolutionsfor one of the world'sleadingpharmaceutical companies.

Thisisa uniqueopportunityto workatthe intersectionofBusiness Analysis,LaboratoryInformatics, ScientificData, Enterprise DataPlatforms, and DigitalTransformation, supportingmodernR&D, laboratory, and clinicalresearchenvironments.

Youmightbe the perfectmatchifyouhave:

Business Analysis:

• 5+ yearsof experienceas a Business AnalystorTechnical Business Analyst

• Proven experience in complex enterprise environments involving multiple

  systems and stakeholders, supported by strong expertise in business analysis methodologies and requirements engineering, as well as hands-on experience in gathering, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements

• Experience supporting Business Intelligence, reporting or analytics initiatives

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, User-CentredDesign or UX concepts-

• Practicalexperienceworkingin Agile environments(Scrum/Kanban)

• Hands-onexperiencewith JIRA and Confluence

• Good knowledgeof UML /BPMN

LaboratoryInformatics& Life Sciences:

• PreviousexperienceworkingwithinLife Sciences, LaboratoryIT, R&D IT, Pharmaceutical orScientificenvironments

• Knowledge of biobanking,genomics/genetics, molecularbiologyorassaydata pipelineswillbe considereda strongadvantage

Data & Technical Skills:

• Experienceworkingwith enterprisedata solutionsand end-to-end data processes

• Understandingof data governance, data qualityand reportingenvironments

• Practicalknowledgeof:

  - SQL

  - Power BI

  - Snowflake

  - Tableau

  - VBA

  - Python(nice to have)

Validation& Regulatory Knowledge:

• Experience working within regulated environmentsfor example GxP

• Understandingof auditability, data integrityand regulatory compliance

In thisrole, youwill:

• Gather, analyseand documentbusiness and functionalrequirements

• Facilitateworkshopsand translatelaboratoryworkflowsintoprocessmodelsand userstoriesfor IT solutions.

• Support system configuration, UAT, validation and product improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring GxPcompliance

  Important project context:

  This project supports global pharmaceutical research, laboratory operations and clinical development

  initiatives.

  Candidates should feel comfortable working within organisations operating under strict regulatory, quality and ethical frameworks. As part of pharmaceutical R&D, some business areas may support pre-clinical research activities conducted in accordance with international ethical standards and applicable regulations.
