The successful candidate will be responsible for the Quantity Surveying function for the business nationally, working within the Projects and Maintenance Department.

You Bring:
- BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 7 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with construction projects
A Bonus To Have:
- Project management experience
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Estimating and cost planning for various projects.
- Procurement advice relating to projects.
- Tender document preparation and reporting.
- Contract administration and cost control.
- Interim valuations.
- Records the results of surveys, verifies the accuracy of data, and prepares plots, maps, and reports.
- Cost reporting and recommendations based on data.
- Pricing of Project with current market related rates.
- Communicating with Site Managers for updates on Budgets.
- Final account preparation.
- Contract and dispute advice.
- Appointment and co-ordination of other consultants as required.
- To attend meetings and undertake site visits.
- Ad hoc task and requests.
