This position directs all activities of a single store location with responsibility for profit and loss. In coordination with General Manager, establishes sales and profitability goals, manages proper fleet levels, responsible for the effective leadership of branch employees and drives a safety-first culture. Plans and establishes systems to control expenses at the branch location for Cat Compact. Ensures high operational excellence standards, through equipment availability and reliability to customers.
