The Heavy Rental General Manager is responsible for setting and achieving the Machine Division Heavy Rental Fleet’s short and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic planning and tactical execution skills, with a demonstrated passion for personal and team development leading to successful outcomes for internal and external customers.
The Heavy Rental Fleet delivers value to customers through short term rental, and return to stakeholders through rental fleet asset management. The General Manager is responsible for Heavy Rental customer service process development and execution, rental fleet asset management including fleet planning, acquisition, and disposition, and rental fleet maintenance processes and management. An intimate understanding of rental fleet customer service, rental fleet asset management, and a collaborative approach within dealer sales and service operations is required.
