Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and highly organised Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hayling Island, United Kingdom. • Communicate effectively with clients, families and Care Professionals, ensuring changes to schedules, care requirements and other important information are communicated clearly and promptly.

  • Support quality, compliance and continuous improvement, contributing to safeguarding, regulatory requirements and initiatives that strengthen the quality and consistency of care.

  • Provide administrative and on-call support, including reporting, data entry and responding to urgent coordination needs to help ensure uninterrupted care delivery.
