Care Coordinator – Ready to Take the Next Step?
Are you an experienced Senior Carer who knows care inside and out and is ready for a new challenge?
We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team in Oadby - someone who can help keep things running smoothly, support our care manager, and make sure the people we care for receive the best support.
What will you be doing?
As a care coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be involved in:
- Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
- Communicating with clients, families and professionals
- Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
- Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care - because no two days are ever quite the same
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working as a carer
- Has a genuine passion for providing outstanding care
- Is organised, resilient and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
- Someone who is happy to be part of our oncall rota Monday to Friday 1 week in 5
