Home Instead's mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.

At Home Instead Charnwood, we believe care is about building meaningful relationships, not just completing tasks. We provide high-quality, relationship-led home care that enables older adults to remain independent, safe and comfortable in the homes they love.

We're proud to support clients across Loughborough, Coalville and the surrounding Charnwood villages with personalised care that is tailored to each individual's needs, routines and preferences. If you're looking for a completely new career, we'd love to hear from you.

Home Instead Charnwood is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and people-focused professional to lead our recruitment, training and community engagement across Loughborough, Coalville and the wider Charnwood area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in the care sector who is ready to step into a varied and influential role - helping us attract and develop exceptional Care Professionals, strengthen our presence in the local community and support the continued growth of our business.

What will you be doing?

Leading the recruitment and selection of high-quality Care Professionals

Delivering induction, training and ongoing development for new and existing team members

Building strong relationships with our Care Professionals to support engagement, wellbeing and retention

Representing Home Instead Charnwood within the local community, developing partnerships and raising awareness of our services

Supporting marketing, recruitment campaigns and community outreach to attract both new clients and Care Professionals

Ensuring recruitment, onboarding and training processes maintain high standards of compliance and support our CQC requirements

Working closely with the wider management team to support the continued growth and development of the business

Participating in scheduled on-call duties to help support our Care Professionals and clients when required

Why join us?

At Home Instead Charnwood, we believe outstanding care starts with an outstanding team.

You’ll be joining an established and ambitious local business at an exciting stage of its growth, where your experience, ideas and contribution will genuinely make a difference.

You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, work alongside a supportive management team and play an important part in shaping how we recruit, develop and retain our people while strengthening our relationships across the communities we serve.

We’re committed to investing in our people, with ongoing professional development and opportunities to grow with the business.

Interested? We’d love to hear from you.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience within the care sector is essential

Experience in recruitment, training delivery and community engagement

A confident and engaging communicator who is a natural relationship-builder

A genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and developing people

Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload

Confident representing the business externally, including at networking events, community events and with local media

Comfortable participating in scheduled on-call duties as part of the wider management team

A full UK driving licence
