The role: where organisation meets purpose
As our Scheduler, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. This isn’t just about filling gaps in a rota, it’s about creating thoughtful schedules that support continuity, build trust, and help people live independently in their own homes.
Your work will directly shape the quality of care we deliver every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating consistent, relationship-led schedules
- Matching the right Care Professionals with the right clients
- Responding to changes calmly and finding solutions quickly
- Collaborating with care and recruitment teams to meet demand
- Building strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals
- Supporting the on-call rota when required
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in scheduling or coordination (care experience is a bonus)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and naturally solution-focused
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms)
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
- Flexible to support occasional evenings/weekends on-call
