We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing company expanding its B2B business across Spain.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships and contributing to a growing business.
What you'll do
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across Spain.
Connect with key decision-makers in HR, People & Culture and Workplace Experience.
Generate new business opportunities through email, LinkedIn and phone.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand clients' needs and present our employee wellbeing solution.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve prospecting strategies.
Manage and update sales activities in the CRM.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience in employee benefits, HR tech or wellbeing solutions is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
A proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Fluent Spanish and professional English. French is a plus.
Interest in workplace wellbeing and employee engagement.
