KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in assembly roles within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of assembly tools and equipment, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality assurance processes essential for manufacturing operations.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments to assemble products accurately and efficiently.
WE VALUE
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting, preferably in building automation or related industries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- An understanding of MRP tools, such as SAP or similar platforms.

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,400.00 to $75,600.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
