【任职要求】
1.学历经验：本科及以上学历毕业3年及以上；
2.技术能力：具备扎实的Java后端编程技能，熟练掌握SQL编写及调优（有分布式数据库使用经验者优先）；
3.业务经验：有交易系统开发经验优先，尤其是二代支付、银联、证券、营销权益类等金融交易场景；
4.综合素质：具备良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力，对新技术、新工具持开放态度，能够快速学习并应用；
