Commercial Analyst

The position will be strong business acumen with ability to connect commercial and operational drivers, analytical thinking and turned data into insights that supported commercial decisions and growth. You are capable to develop data infrastructure and uplift execution effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in master data management and maintenance, enforcing data standard and workflow
- Lead ERP deployment to collaborate with project team to optimize data model and support data cleansing, conversion and migration
- Provide data support and investigation to achieve commercial excellence by synergizing with internal customers at all levels of the organization
- Conduct sales pipelines and efficiently manage full lifecycle of opportunities conversion, improve metrics
- Understand business operation process and support price structure and implementation along with commercial model in life cycle of contracts
- Support incentive scheme design and lead end-of-the-end operations for incentive management, ensure data validation and accurate calculation and payment within strict adherence to policy and compliance
- Develop in-depth business analysis and synthesize adopting multiple sources to deep dive into business dynamics and value chain, as well as ensure data accuracy, maximize data visibility and enhance quality
- Identify practical use cases for AI supported automation, reporting and analysis to improve productivity
- Work closely with local and global PMO to implementation of digitalization and AI-powered related projects, deliver training program to commercial team
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 8 years working experience in data or business analysis
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Good knowledge of SQL, strong excel skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Proficient in MS Excel, PPT
- Fluent in English written and oral communication
- Good team player with self-motivation and ownership
- Strong logic & analytical thinking, number-sensitive
- Excellent business-oriented mindset and problem-solving skill
- Able to work under pressure and proactive with detail-oriented, precise
