This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
Act as the key liaison between Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales Administration, and Business Office teams.
Lead the annual R&D budgeting process and ensure alignment with long-term project commitments.
Monitor budget, forecast, and financial performance, driving corrective actions when needed.
Validate and track upfront project invoice payments.
Ensure accurate integration of RFQ inputs and project cost changes.
Manage monthly financial reporting across assigned perimeters.
Organize and participate in monthly project performance reviews.
Oversee cost provisions, internal controls, and financial governance compliance.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record in cost controlling and financial performance management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent skills in financial analysis and advanced Excel. SAP knowledge will be valued.
Strong competencies in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
