Job Title: Experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor
Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Teams: Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
- Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback.
- Operations Coordination: Monitor check-in/check-out processes, room readiness, and inventory.
Requirements
- Proximity to work location (agege, ogba, ikeja, ojodu berger, ojota, akute, ketu) axis.
- HND or BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
- NYSC certificate.
- 2 - 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a hotel (front desk or operations preferred).
