Senior Data Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the business. You will own analysis across various departments, build user-friendly reporting, and investigate key questions that require deeper exploration. This hands-on role offers regular contact with the leadership team and the opportunity to shape our data strategy. You will work with MySQL, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Metabase, and help define the requirements for our future data platform.

Missions

• Ownership of analysis across the business, building reporting that teams can use themselves, and investigating key questions.
• Proactive analysis of product usage, cohorts, conversion, retention, and commercial performance, providing clear recommendations.
• Collaboration with engineering and external specialists on the development of a more connected data platform, defining questions and metrics.

Profil recherché

- You enjoy working across teams and can challenge an assumption or ask a difficult question constructively

- You’re confident using SQL to investigate relational data, join datasets and check your work

- You’ve taken analysis from an initial business question through to a recommendation that people acted on

- You’re organised, careful with detail and comfortable deciding which questions deserve attention first

- You’ve built dashboards in Metabase or a comparable BI tool, and helped colleagues use them

- You understand product and commercial measures such as cohorts, conversion, retention, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value

- Experience in a marketplace, consumer product, subscription business or growing technology company would be useful

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics or a warehouse project would also help

- We’re open to someone already working at Senior level or an experienced analyst ready for broader ownership
