Join Housr as a Client Success Manager, where you'll take ownership of our UK partner relationships, manage a diverse portfolio of around 100 accounts, and focus on growing and protecting existing relationships, improving retention and client experience, increasing account value, and building a more structured client success function. You'll work closely with the sales team, track client health and revenue opportunities, and provide valuable insights to improve the partner and rental journey.
Missions

Profil recherché
- Property, lettings, PropTech or student rental experience would be useful, but it is not essential- Comfort using CRM systems. HubSpot experience would be a real bonus
- Commercial confidence. You’ll need to be relationship-led, but still comfortable asking clients how we can do more together
- A strong communicator who can build trust with different types of clients, from formal agency owners to more direct, entrepreneurial operators
- Proven commercial experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, Partner Success or a similar commercial relationship role (we’d anticipate 3-6yrs of experience)
- Someone highly organised who can manage a large account base without letting things slip
- Experience working with targets around retention, renewals, upsell, revenue growth or account expansion
- Someone who is happy getting stuck in, travelling to clients and working in a fast-moving, sales-led environment
