Source CoE - Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with knowledge and experience managing Source to Pay Transformation programs to join the team. The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams, functions and geographies.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Define program scope, roadmap, milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

  • Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget and quality expectations.

  • Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.

  • Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.

Strategic Alignment

  • Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans.

  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.

  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction).

Stakeholder Management, Governance and Reporting

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and SI partners.

  • Establish and drive executive-level governance (steering committees, status reporting, decision forums).

  • Influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Provide clear, concise program updates to executive stakeholders.

Change & Transformation Management

  • Accountability for organizational change management (OCM) efforts and assure that communication, training, and adoption strategies are in place and executed appropriately.

  • Identify and mitigate change resistance and organizational risks.

  • Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Resolve complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Maintain program health metrics and escalation frameworks.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

  • Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (e.g., ERP, S2P systems like Jaggaer, Icertis, SAP Ariba, etc..)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Advanced degree.

  • Experience in consulting or large enterprise transformation environments.

  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strategic thinking and execution excellence.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills (without direct authority).

  • Structured problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Change leadership and organizational awareness.

  • Financial acumen and benefits realization tracking.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
