Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced AI & Automation Lead/Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions, leading technical teams, and delivering production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures and enterprise AI solutions.
- Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.
- Build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP.
- Implement MLOps practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Leverage cloud platforms to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Lead, mentor, and guide AI/ML teams while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in AI/ML.
- Strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI Automation.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, Python, and vector databases.
- Experience in AI architecture, MLOps, cloud platforms, and production deployments.
- Proven AI/ML team leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
