SENIOR QA ENGINEER - CORE BANKING

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our client's Core Banking team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the Finacle banking platform and its integrated systems.

The successful candidate will lead testing initiatives, develop and maintain automation frameworks, drive API testing and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead end-to-end testing across projects and business-as-usual initiatives.

• Develop and execute functional, integration, API, regression and UAT test strategies.

• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using C#/.NET and NUnit/xUnit.

• Develop and execute automated API tests.

• Validate data using SQL and Azure Cosmos DB.

• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage defects, conduct root-cause analysis and drive quality improvements.

• Lead testing of system integrations, data migrations and data validation.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and Agile delivery teams.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a technically strong QA professional with proven experience in enterprise automation, banking systems and modern quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate must be comfortable taking ownership of testing strategy while remaining hands-on with automation development.

• 8+ years of software testing and Quality Assurance experience.

• 8+ years of test automation experience.

• Strong C#/.NET programming experience.

• Hands-on experience with NUnit and/or xUnit.

• Experience with REST API testing using Postman or Bruno.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure Cosmos DB.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.

• Experience with CI/CD integration and automated regression testing.

• Previous Core Banking or financial services experience.

• Finacle experience will be highly advantageous.
