We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business QA Lead.

Principal responsibilities
AI Platform Test Planning:
- Develop test plans, scenarios and cases for AI platform features based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Define test scope, approach, resources, schedule and coverage for functional, integration, regression and AI-related testing.
QA Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate QA team members to ensure timely and effective execution of testing activities.
- Mentor junior testers and promote consistent QA standards, processes and documentation.
AI Platform Test Execution:
- Oversee manual and automated testing of AI platform functionality, workflows, integrations and user outcomes.
- Assess AI-specific quality considerations, including accuracy, reliability, consistency, usability and exception handling.
- Review test evidence and ensure results are accurately documented.
Defect Management and Reporting:
- Manage defect identification, prioritization, tracking, retesting and closure.
- Collaborate with developers, data specialists and product stakeholders to investigate issues and verify fixes.
- Prepare and present testing progress, risks, issues and summary reports to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in retrospectives and identify improvements to QA processes, test coverage and automation.
- Stay current with AI technologies, AI testing practices, QA tools and industry trends.
- Ensure testing remains aligned with business objectives, platform risks and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, test leadership or a similar QA role.
- Hands-on experience testing AI, Agent, machine-learning, generative AI, or data-driven platforms.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management and test reporting.
- Experience with manual and automated testing approaches.
- Ability to lead, coach and coordinate QA team members.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of AI quality risks, including model accuracy, bias, explainability, data quality and performance, is desirable.
- Fluent English, good collaboration & strong communication skills with WW stakeholders & teams.
