What is HTEC Fusion?
It is an internship program combining hands-on project work, mentorship, and both technical and soft skills development. It's designed to mirror real client engagements - you won't just write code; you'll understand the bigger picture: how we scope projects, maintain quality, and deliver results.
This edition of HTEC Fusion focuses on 4 interconnected roles: Data Engineering, Back-End Development in Python, DevOps, and Machine Learning - giving you a complete, end-to-end view of how modern platforms are built.
The program lasts for 4 months.
What will you be working on?
You'll be building a real-world data platform for a smart indoor farming company, working with modern tools and technologies across the full data and backend stack - from data pipelines and warehousing to APIs, infrastructure and ML.

Who are you?
You are a student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from the School of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Mathematics, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, or similar institutions
You have a foundational knowledge in at least one of: Python/Fast API, SQL/databases, DevOps/containerization (Docker), or Machine Learning fundamentals (scikit-learn, data processing and analysis)
You can dedicate up to 8 hours daily (full-time engagement) for the 4-month internship duration, but we are flexible to the point that your student obligations should not be neglected
You're comfortable communicating in English daily
You're proactive, curious, and ready to take on real challenges - not just follow tutorials
