岗位职责

1. 智能体设计与研发：参与基于大模型（LLM）的 AI Agent、多智能体（Multi-Agent）协同系统的架构设计与核心代码编写。
2. RAG与知识库建设：负责向量数据库选型、文本切片、检索增强生成（RAG）流水线优化，提升大模型上下文理解与问答准确率。
3. 工作流与工具集成：设计 Agent 的 Planning（规划）、Memory（记忆）与 Tool Use（工具调用）机制，对接企业内部 API 或外部第三方服务。
4. 效果评估与调优：跟进主流 AgentOps 评估工具，对智能体的推理成功率、延迟、成本进行全链路评测与调优。

任职要求

1. 具备扎实的编程基础和良好的软件工程实践能力
2. 熟悉主流分布式架构和技术生态，有较强的系统设计能力
3. 对Agent技术有深入理解，具备相关项目实践经验
